The Neuroscience of Leadership - DEVELOP

Help others perform at a high level by getting them to identify what they really want

Welcome to the 'Develop' Quest!

'Develop' is the process of helping people perform at a higher level by identifying what it is they want to capitalise on and what it is they want to develop or change.

We’ll look at the mindset required to successfully develop people, coaching principles, a coaching framework, and finally a coaching rhythm. In many ways, 'Develop' will draw on each one of the previous Quests in order to be able to develop people effectively through coaching.
