Once we have regulated our own emotions, we are now ready to look at engagement, relationships and performance in relation to leading others. 

In this Quest, we look at what it takes to engage our team members. We start by understanding engagement and its measures, before moving onto emotion contagion. Next we’ll look at the social motivators that most impact whether team members will be in a threat or a reward state during or after an interaction.
