Once we understand how we Think and how our brain chemistry responds to stimulus, we are in a position to Regulate our emotions. Of course, understanding how we think is the biggest part of applying the TREAD framework, because we cover all of the key elements of brain.
We can use that knowledge about the brain to regulate responses and reactions. We have all the principles that are going to feed all the other elements of TREAD – Regulate, Engage, Adapt and Develop.
